Ed is an United States Tax Court Practitioner (USTCP) admitted to represent Taxpayers before the United States Tax Court. The Tax Court began releasing statistics in 2000 and as of April 2019 only 122 Tax Professionals worldwide have been admitted as USTCPs. Ed is also an Enrolled Agent authorized by the Internal Revenue Service to practice in all 50 States. Enrolled agent status is the highest credential the IRS awards.
